Jubilarians celebrating 60 years of profession in 2020

On June 29th, the Sisters celebrated Jubilee in the era of Covid with a small, socially distanced dinner and a parade celebration for the sisters living at ‘720.’

Religious Life is a response to the invitation of the Spirit to live in unique companionship with Jesus, for the sake of the Kingdom. Celebrating 70 years of religious profession this year are Sr. Ann Marie Boudreau and Sr. Clarisse Belanger. Celebrating 60 years of profession are Sr. Rita Blais, Sr. Rita DeRoy, Sr. Jacqueline Dubois and Sr. Therese Noury. We rejoice in these women’s choice to witness to their relationship with Jesus through the charism of Blessed Marie-Anne Blondin and according to the Constitution and Rules of the Sisters of St. Anne.

On Sunday July 26th the Sisters celebrated the Feast of St. Anne. Due to the ongoing pandemic it looked very different from previous years. The group did manage to gather at safe distances and joined in song and prayer.
