Saint Ann's Residence

The day begins with a blessing and thanking God for life and goodness!

The Sisters of the province rely on the prayers of their Sisters at the Residence and refer to the Residence as a "power house of prayer."

Highlight of the day is the Eucharist offered in the Chapel.  Beside the Chapel door hangs a bulletin board on which prayer requests are posted.  During the day, Sisters visit the Chapel to pray for these, and other intentions.

Mealtime is an enjoyable occasion for sharing events of the day and reminiscing about "old times."

As part of a "Fun Day", 4 nurses "ham it up" for a skit.  A Sister later invites the group:  "Let's all sing!"

Friends and relatives gather for a Liturgy to celebrate a Jubilee of Religious Profession and to congratulate the Jubilarians for their 50, 60, and 70 years of Religious Life!
After a recognition dinner for a retiring staff member, Sisters visit with friends in the foyer.

As evening falls, Good Saint Ann continues to watch over Saint Ann's Residence.
